NELITA TRUE is a graduate of the University of Michigan. She went on to Juilliard to study with Sascha Gorodnitzki, and then earned the DMA with Leon Fleisher at the Peabody Conservatory. In Paris, she studied with Nadia Boulanger on a Fulbright grant. Ms. True is currently Professor of Piano at the Eastman School of Music. Many of her students have won top prizes at national and international competitions, including an unprecedented five First Prizes in national MTNA competitions. Ms. True was awarded the the 2002 Achievement Award from MTNA, and a Lifetime Achievement Award from National Keyboard Pedagogy Conference. |

DENNIS ALEXANDER has earned an international reputation as one of North America's most prolific and popular composers of educational piano music for students of all levels. A co-author of Alfred's Premier Piano Course, he taught piano and piano pedagogy for 24 years at the University of Montana. |

BETH GIGANTE KLINGENSTEIN is nationally recognized for her motivational presentations on the professional issues affecting today's music teacher. Her first book, A Business Guide for the Music Teacher, was followed by numerous articles in American Music Teacher, as well as articles in Keyboard Companion, and The Piano Adventures Teacher. Beth has maintained an independent music studio for 28 years. In 1994 she joined the music faculty of Valley City State University in North Dakota and is the Founding Director of the VCSU Community School of the Arts |

ELIZABETH GUTIERREZ is Associate Professor of Music and Coordinator of the Keyboard Area at the University of Texas at San Antonio. She previously served as Associate Professor of Piano at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Director of Keyboard Editing at The FJH Music Company. Most recently she has been Piano Editor for Carl Fischer Music/Theodore Presser Company and continues to serve as a clinician for both publishers. |

MONA REJINO - teacher, adjudicator, composer and arranger, is co-author of the Hal Leonard Student Piano Library. Ms. Rejino has taught privately for over 25 years and is currently teaching at the Hockaday School in Dallas. Ms. Rejino holds a B.M. from West Texas State University and a M.M. from the University of North Texas in Performance. As a Hal Leonard clinician, Ms. Rejino has presented workshops throughout the country. Her newest works, Pagoda Bells, Feelin’ Happy, and pop collection, Current Hits are available through Hal Leonard. |

BRAD BECKMAN received his B. M. degree from Illinois Wesleyan University in 1986, and earned both a M. M. a D.M.A from the University of North Texas. Dr. Beckman, is currently Lecturer in Piano at the University of North Texas where he teaches Piano Pedagogy and Keyboard Skills classes. He also maintains a private studio at the Hockaday School in Dallas. Dr. Beckman has performed throughout the Midwest and also performs regularly with two-piano partner, Dr. Carolyn True of Trinity University. |

CAROLYN TRUE has performed solo and chamber music in nearly half of our fifty states, the District of Columbia, France, Austria, Taiwan, and England. She was a prize winner in several national and international competitions. Dr. True, an Eastman graduate, is one of the core members of SOLI Chamber Ensemble. Presently, she teaches at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. |

JULIE ROMEO is a graduate of Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance. As a music technology specialist, her expertise took her to Brook Mays Music Company where she developed a team of Technology Specialists. On August 14, 2006 Julie launched ROMEO MUSIC based in Dallas, TX. Along with her team of Technology Specialists, ROMEO MUSIC continues to serve the music education community by providing the latest innovations and educational applications of music technology. |

PEGGY MORALES is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Music Education, Elementary and Secondary, Vocal and Instrumental. She received her Masters in Piano Performance from the University of Denver. Ms. Morales studied piano with Dr. David Karp, Jackson Berkley and jazz piano in New York City with Harold Danko. As a music technology specialist, Peggy works with ROMEO MUSIC in Dallas, and provides valuable personal service and with music educators. |
